Welcome to Relocate Far East. By using our website, booking a consultation, or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What We Do

Relocate Far East helps people relocate to countries across Far East Asia. Most of the work is handled in-house, but for certain elements, we work closely with a small number of trusted partners we’ve personally vetted.

Our support typically includes:

  • Visa assistance
  • Housing support
  • Job assistance
  • General relocation guidance

Every relocation plan is different, so quotes are tailored based on your situation and needs.

2. Payments

We prefer full payment upfront so we can begin working immediately.

In some cases, we can allow for a split payment (75/25). The first payment is usually used to secure your visa and begin initial processing.

3. Client Responsibilities

To help us work efficiently, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your relocation plans
  • Ensure that all submitted documents (e.g. passport, ID, photos) are authentic
  • Understand and comply with the immigration laws of your chosen destination

4. Limitation of Liability

While we’ll do everything in our power to guide and support you, we can’t be held responsible for:

  • Visa rejections or delays by government authorities
  • Mistakes caused by incorrect or incomplete information from you
  • Decisions made by immigration departments or embassies

5. Refund Policy

Once we’ve received your payment and work has begun, refunds are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel, we’ll assess each case individually — but once visa processing has started, we are unable to offer a refund.
